May 30 is layoff day.
Great more money flying out the door for community but cannot get funding for more associates to get the job done.
CEO is happy give away millions to Coppin State, yet will turn around and cry poor about our high admin costs. And no way I'm ever logging volunteer hours in their stupid system.

BP couldn't run a business if his life depended on it. He's just moving toward his personal agenda. How am I supposed to volunteer, when I don't have the time/resources to get my job done.
We have the threat of layoffs yet the CEO expects us to volunteer tons of time and then log it in their stupid system, just so he can look good to the Board.
