AR org is outsourced. The outsourcing company does the work. AR collects the paycheck and AIP like a ghost payroll.
Why hasn’t AR’s org been outsourced yet? There is no need for anyone in his org including him.

KS is gearing up to size up those underperforming, sycophantic ICS leaders who somehow managed to stick around even after AA—whose technical competence was laughable—was swept aside. It’s a relief that DG reclaimed ICS from AA and is now poised to remove both AA and AR from NM, especially since AR is completely detached from any real work in ICS.
AR’s family business should not be the focus. However, his performance during working hours should be a matter of professional concern for us. It is my observation in ICS, and I believe that of others, that his projects are failing miserably. When KS checks, many things will come out. You will see.
He is one of those CN bottom feeders who survived because of AA friendship.
Most of the people that post on this site don't actually work here anymore, so you'll have a hard time getting real information.
