Thread regarding TIAA (TIAA-CREF) layoffs

Long Term Pension Plan

What did everyone’s LTPP payout for the 3 years of vesting this year? I see ~3% per year or 9% total. CDs are paying better.

Pretty much anyone director and above has income to hit LTPP. Do you know how many people are director and above at tiaa?

You guys r really clowns...

"CDs have always been really good compared to investments and market volatility."?

The LTIP is a "Long Term Pension Plan"?

U r way too d-mb to actually work at TIAA. Or ur proving why the company is in such trouble.

You may want to check your math. It’s more like 9-10% CAGR in aggregate, pre-tax.

What…? way to out yourself. Not many who have that benefit are on these boards. Most don’t get one. Plus, CDs have always been really good compared to investments and market volatility.
