A handful of my coworkers in my CSM org were cut today. We all saw this coming since the “scholars” at the top of the org completely changed and ruined the entire job role in January. Very sad. Those of us who are left are being asked to manage deployments rather than renewals. It’s no longer a CSM role. Rumor is they will replace those who are left with college hires. I’m out asap. There are plenty of CSM jobs at better companies.
