With the way Medtronic runs it business nowadays you can’t just laugh at it. Why stress out about it? It’s not worth it. Just let the ship slowly sink.
Medtronic is now just a slowly sinking cash cow for revolving door of VPs who come and go after few years. They don’t care about long term employees with vest knowledge and they certainly don’t care how loyal you are or how much time you work each week. Why give them more than 40 hrs when you will still get lousy 2% raise each year with a watered down MIP bonus.
