Thread regarding Lumen Technologies layoffs

Recent article, not good

Revenue Spiraling Downwards
A company’s long-term sales performance is one signal of its overall quality. Any business can put up a good quarter or two, but many enduring ones grow for years. Lumen struggled to consistently generate demand over the last five years as its sales dropped at a 9.4% annual rate. This wasn’t a great result and signals it’s a low quality business.

Here's the thing. The reason they haven't been successful is all the SLT's have never listened to the employees those surveys are useless. First all the mergers, they should have combined all the systems, but they let go of all the smart people that knew how to do it. Second when Level3 and CTL merged, they never should have broken off into Lumen the technology company. Verizon, and AT&T knew it wasn't going to work. They enhanced their networks. Which is what CTL should have done. This would have prevented a lot of their current issues. Then they could have also dumped the money into finally integrating all the systems. But what do any of the peons know. We are just the ones that help the company function.

Things have dared to be lead down the drain for past 13 months. All the new
AI contracts with hyperscalers are going to tank with all the work going to offshore workers. Kai will ruin us and his cost savings will destroy customer base

I refused to get vaccinated and after all the threats they backed off. Still havnt received one. Don’t care if anyone else got it. For what it’s worth though I don’t know anyone who’s had medical complications from getting it or from not getting it.

They’ve only been working on their transition for 10 years. The tried and true method of just throwing a new system into use with no trial period or after a failed trial has been swimmingly successful. No bugs at all.

“The company forced your daughter to get a shot that caused blood clots?”
Uh huh sure. This is the perfect place for your conspiracies. Everyone here believes you and needs to know your thoughts. I can tell you have all the info to expose it all. Be careful though. They’re watching and listening.

It's been going downhill for easily 25 years now. However, the last 15 years have been extra bad, and the last 5, worse yet.

I also want to thank this company for forcing the j@b upon us, or be fired.

I'm sure my daughter would have had blood clots in her early 20's either way.
