Is it monitored? Always has been. Do they care? Within reason … no. I have watched YouTube or Hulu or Plex on a second screen for years, never been an issue once. If it was then they would URL block the sites! If you’re just leaning back and watching videos then yes, gtfo. Are you multitasking with a video and getting your work done? Absolutely zero reason to worry.
