They literally have been doing a layoff every six months so my guess would be July to August timeframe
I've heard of some possible re-orgs. Nothing concrete yet.
Get used to RIF every quarter.

I’m guessing very soon. China should be next as well as R&D. 1 billion budget/year in R&D with little innovation, mostly research applications
