Hey All hiring in BTC commentor....WILL BE?? Where have you been? Do you read the personnel announcements? Exxonmobil hires everywhere but the United States 🇺🇸. Filter search by area for last year or two and hold on to your chair!
All I ever hear GP leadership say is things like we should modularize it. Definitely the empower has no clothes applies to these jokers.
Our GP Pres is a perfect example of leadership that Dallas needs now. Incapable of human emotion, he is willing to stroll over HC10 employees attriting bodies to maintain his annual bonus. He has 0 time for issues that impact us, and his only goal is to repeat the company line enough times to get a few gullible employees to stay while he transitions out their jobs to low-cost-centers.
Given this hurdle, I think he did rather well in the forum.
A person who will receive $8 million or more in bonus this year says there is no information about bonuses and that giving bonuses is not part of EM’s compensation structure.

I love how they treat everyone like id--ts. They don't credit us with the intelligence to correctly interpret that when they don't say anything about salary rises, that means that they are cr-p again, otherwise they'd be shouting out loud about them now.
I like how I'm in technically part of GP but am never invited to these forums.

I agree with the observation on compensation, if there was just 1 thing to provide information on, that was it.
