No More 60% Requirement??

Anyone else hear that the Connect Week in office goal of 60% of weeks being full weeks being dropped?

Seems vague and maybe put in place so HR can impose any penalty once they find “trends” - regardless of why you weren’t on site and whether or not they can quantify such “trends” on an individual level.

Anyone hear similar?

I don’t understand how there are so many on this site that don’t have to badge swipe going through doors. Fidelity literally installed badge swipes on doors that didn’t have badge swipes after the in office requirement. Y’all left fidelity before they did that and it shows.

There doesn’t have to be a legal way. Companies can fire whoever they want whenever.

There hasn’t been a real way to actually legally prove someone is or isn’t in the office. By dropping the 60% requirement, that would make it easier for whatever group is allegedly tracking data, can actually have usable data.
