I think it’s getting progressively worse for expats at aramco. I really do feel the sense of insecurity and the “them and us” approach from management has hit new heights. I’ve noticed almost everything I suggest is completely ignored. Personally my job has become a waste of time. Some of the newly onboarded expats are the lowest grade characters I’ve seen.
