David Chubak and Ryan Littlemore should be in the St. Louis home office location three days per week like the rest of us. No more hiding in NYC the whole work week on Zoom meetings.

Seen this before. Leadership brings in outside people to do the cutting as they do not have to live in the same area as the affected. Senior leadership is ruining a once great company. Chivalry did this at Citi, now he is doing it here. Knew he did know or care about “culture” when he said Zoolander 2 su-ked in front of the empty chair that represents the client.
What about all the other dysfunctional GPs that do DC’s bidding like Di? It’s the network of entitled, self centered so called leaders that are impacting all of us and ruining the firm.
Nah. Next thing you know there will be no more EJ. Will be bought out by a bigger firm and no need for an office in STL. Partners will sell out bc the rich just need to be richer.
Who are these two bell curve average IQ McKinsey consultants? What rock did they crawl out from under? More importantly who allowed them to weasel their way into leadership?
McKinsey consultants are self-absorbed narcissists that only care about themselves. They couldn't give less of a sh-t how their money grab impacts others.
Associates need to unionize and/or be so load and vocal the toxic cancer GPs they brought in are run out of town
There is a new expensive office opening up for all the NYC GPs from Citi and McKinsey. They will rule us from NYC if we still have jobs.
I agree. These two ex-McKinsey consultants are driving decisions that will affect thousands of lives. Not just associates but associates' families.
No more hiding in New York. Be front and center and accountable for the decisions you made.
