I want my manager to rate me as achieves outcomes. The extra workload from top performer ranking isn’t worth 1% extra to me.

GK sells a fixed number of shares every month on a regular cadence. Please these sales are scheduled months in advance.
GK earns $1M in salary, a bonus, plus $1xM in stock each year. CEO mansions in the bay area require at least $10M/year in pretax income. Not to mention the multitude of $200K cars/SUVs to keep up appearances. In case you haven't noticed, sh-ts no longer cheap.
