Speak Up process at Pepsico is as corrupted and dysfunctional as the company itself! Under Ramon’s poor leadership no hope for positive change of Pepsico performance and directions
Org health scores in S&T data engineering and S&T digital products are due to the myriad promotions that they handed out. Timing was right before the survey. They artificially inflated scores by browbeating employees. There is no passion for truly improving org health here
Wishful thinking. No one would walk away from that compensation package willingly and no one is going to make him a better offer with the current state of Pepsi.
Why would he step down? It's no different than you quitting. He's waiting for a package from the BOD to set Maria and him up for life. Until then, PepsiCo will continue its dive to lower levels. The place will be more toxic than ever.
