Seasonal hiring is in full swing at Belk. The retailer is looking to fill more than 6,000 positions across the country ahead of the holidays as Belk just advertised on news today. Again this is another dog and pony show Belk is doing and faking every holiday season! So don’t say Belk does not have enough hours to offer to all workers to make a living! What a fake company! What a greedy and dishonest corporation! Happy Holidays!

They do this every holiday season.
And it never works out, come January 2nd, we are left with skeleton crew and a small team for inventory, we also have a lot of regular (not seasonal) associates quit during the holiday months.
Fake at Belk is a new trend. It seems many people at Belk top level managers or all Belk store managers are in style! You have more chance to win a million dollars in lottery ticket than Belk is talking and wishful thinking about hiring 6000 cheap zombie workers this 2022 Christmas season!
toys r us did this same thing. trying to push out all workers who qualifed for severance package if company went bankrupt.
