Which Officer is so disconnected to the announcements happening across this company that they thought it would be a good idea to send Barometer results to leaders on the day they’re telling employees about this master plan? And then, as if things couldn’t get worse, the Culture Team sends another survey the same day.
Couple questions for ya:
You do know you’re spending hundreds of thousands of dollars with a vendor to oversee Barometer surveys that leaders are doing nothing with, right? Do you know the last time we discussed Barometer results as a division or department? PRE-COVID. Headline for ya: WE DON’T PROBLEM SOLVE ANYMORE. I wonder if you could have saved some jobs by shutting this survey down? Who am I kidding, the optics of these surveys paints one picture, but we all see you and know exactly what you’re doing.
What do you all really think you will glean from sending a culture survey on the day thousands of employees are finding out they are being forced to another department, forced to rebadge to another company or fired?? Let me save you the time, effort and EXPENSE… disgruntled, hurt employees - that’s all you’re getting. You know what that feels like as an employee to receive a culture survey right now ? Like you’re intentionally kicking us while we’re down.
Now go do what you do…. Go run and find out what mid-level manager oversees the Culture survey, blame them for your ineptitude and fire them. Go on now.
