Google Veritas Venture Capital. I think they have offices in DC, but the CEO, CFO and other high up executives are Indian. CEO is Ramzi Musallah (sp?). They were the ones who got all the Medicare contracts from EDS and other companies back in the day to form Perspecta. So clearly their mission is government money for Indian services. The handwriting is on the wall.

Agree with the previous poster. Veritas is an Indian company, so it only makes sense that any possible job in the Medicaid world that could go to India will go. CMS won't regulate that. Only the states regulate where the jobs are located. Gainwell turned out to be a huge disappointment. If the leadership had been strong in the last 5 years, there might not be this sad result now.
Yes. You’re 100% correct. The layoffs seem random but there are intentional and have been in the works for years. Gainwell is a spawn (or tool) of vulture capitalists. I’m not going down the politics hole, but there big money that’s driving this layoff train. If you research Gainwell, where they spawned off from, the violations of that company, and where all the funding comes from. Who’s head of this venture capitalist machine. And their goals. Their track record. Don’t read what they have to about themselves. Read what others have to say, including factual legal violations. Including against their workforce. This is a big game for them and all who only care about themselves. You’re just a number in the end.

Pro tip: If you're going to lie about layoffs always say "half my team". If your sorry tale involves the whole team then you have no excuse for naming said team. Too easy to verify if the team is named.

What ‘DEI cr-p’ is HR good at exactly?. Last I checked the ELT and most of management is 90% white and male. The problem isn’t diversity , equity or inclusion. It’s greedy, old, white boomers sending American jobs to the cheapest bidders in India to drive ‘12% profits’.
