Are there any indications that HBA(Remote) associates will be impacted more than St Louis based associates?

I agree with the other person who posted that I do not think layoffs will impact HBA’s more than in-office associates/those in St. Louis.
I do, however, think the days of hybrid are numbered. I would not be the least bit surprised if hybrid associates will be required to come back into the office full time.
This would just be another tool used by the company to reduce staffing voluntarily.
I would expect it to impact certain functions more than others. If your title is part of a job family that has a centralized team... buckle up.
I don’t know about that. The impression I got from the video is that they were reevaluating at
all positions at home office.
