Allstate is really out here lining up their phones with foreigners who couldn’t care less about the customer. We all saw it coming with unlicensed service and the Mexican vendor. To be honest I don’t think it will go too bad, this unpleasant customer service is just a way to encourage the customer to use the Allstate mobile app unless absolutely necessary. For us though, many will struggle. It is surprising how even Licensed was affected. Remember that if you have a License, you cannot be replaced by a foreigner! If we could be replaced, Allstate would replaces LS with foreigners in a heart beat.
