Congrats on your raise.
It has been three years since I have left HP Inc. Yesterday, I accepted an offer that pays double my former HP salary. I really liked my job at HP but I was ready for more money and a better job. You might be ready too.
Imagine needing to lie about this?
He’s not lying. The other guy is just really insecure.
Why would I lie?
"I’m a CW. Again. Learn to read."
No, you are a pathological liar--always making stuff up.
I’m a CW. Again. Learn to read.
"15%, I got a 15% raise. Enjoy your poor reading comprehension skills."
Proof that your mother raised you as a degenerate liar. HP gave no raise to FTEs (only stock), and contractors are worse off due to additional furloughs.
15%, I got a 15% raise. Enjoy your poor reading comprehension skills.
Enjoy your 2.5% raise.
"Are you a CW? If so, this is great news! I feel CW's do not get recognized, as they should, especially when it comes to pay & the years they've worked for HP!"
Poor soul doesn't realize HP will just add extra furlough to take that raise away from him (or if FTE, set him up for layoff).

Be excited for what’s to come. I am guessing it will be the work of 5 people.
Sounds like jealousy from your end. My manager was laid off a couple years ago. He was a CW and was the only person on my team to get laid off since I started working here myself about 7 years ago also as a CW. Was able to renew my contract and get a 15% raise.
An off-cycle raise? How many people got laid off on your team to make that happen? Sounds like hush money.
