The lack of EQ, empathy and humility showed through @fs+1jp5re5x0 's snarky comment truly amazed me. Kid, if you think and act like this in real life you need to grow up. The information you delivered could've earn you some gratitude yet the way you delivered it is so wrong.

If you work in asset management, the arrogance and vanity of being the most profitable BU in Fidelity are laughable. Do not compare yourself with internal BUs. Compare with external firms on wall street who does the same thing. I'm sure you'll be humbled.

@fs+1jp5re5x0 do you know how large this company is? When I first started people were shocked to learn my team existed. I've been here 15 years and still discover new groups.

The responses on this site never cease to amaze me. For people who supposedly work at Fidelity you appear to know very little about Fidelity. There is an Equity division in Asset Management and it just happens to be the most profitable part of Fidelity.
