Anybody knows if Accenture will provide staff to support the reduction or laid off MetLife staff will be recruited in the pretext of low salaries ( negotiable at hire time)

Anybody know if the corebridge people will ever start posting in the corebridge forum?
In the cuts in International on Q3/Q4 last year, my department lost about 120 staff.
A request was made for Accenture to hire 14 more staff to help with the additional workload.
It took five months to get that request approved.
