I’m ready to reimagine my life and finally start enjoying some of the fruits of my labor. I just hope that none of what’s coming will negatively impact people who are truly in need of a job, especially those with no other options at this moment, for whatever reason. It may not be the best time to become jobless, as options are limited, but I hope that will change soon.

Be happy for your own personal good fortune. Look around at your coworkers, how many of them are in the same financial situation? How many of them work for a living because they are not independently wealthy? Over 30% of Americans cannot handle an unexpected $400 emergency. This type of gloating shows a lack of empathy.
It's one thing to be in a position to say this for yourself, its something entirely different to go on a forum and actually gloat that you have an option not to work and hope it doesn't impact those who actually need it. Guess what, it will, no matter your hopes and prayers for others. Peoplw who actually need the job are going to get terminated. No amount of "empathy" is going to put food on their table.
