Canadian carbon tax is revenue neutral.
New prime minister will make major changes to it anyway.

I want to stay out of politics, but this last comment is unbalieavble.

What I find crazy, that Canadian politicians are worried about tariffs, but they have no problem putting 25% carbon tax on their own people. Just WOW.

You all forget that Canadians are paid a lot less than Americans.

All said and done a typical Canadian ford worker pays over 50% tax.

And don’t forget the 25% carbon tax they will pay on everything starting g in April

Canadians won’t collect any next year anyway since we are shutting down up there.

dont worry what the other grades got, its none of your business. worry about your own situation and stop pouting because many people in other companies get nothing.

You can vote down "Canadian LL6 18%" because it doesn't match what you believe is true, or you can use this information to figure out what the actual range of %s are. Not believing it doesn't negate that it's true.

@at+1jp3180mk, how to say you don’t work at Ford anymore without say8 g you don’t work at Ford. They changed they bonus structure this year, it’s consistent in a SG regardless of comp.

I haven't discovered any differing target percentages within the same band. It doesn't make sense to give larger bonuses to those with lower salary to keep everyone at nearly the same final compensation number. that smacks of forced "fairness" to ensure mediocrity. As those who are in the range prove themselves valuable then their base salary should go up, and thus the bonus. Or if they show themselves less valuable than average why should they get a larger bonus that rewards that? Oops, I forgot that promoting mediocrity is the Ford way.

It varies by person, by level, and where you are in the salary range for your level. If your percentage is higher than a coworker at the same level, that means that you are lower in the salary range, and they are trying to get you closer together in the end compensation.
