If you need evidence of how all over the place XITS is, when I was riffed on Tuesday, they sent me the information with someone elses name instead of mine. Talk about insult to injury!!”
That’s awful. Good luck getting anything without them effing it up. I communicated with them through the Alumni at Xerox email. You just get a bunch of Indians that tell you completely wrong information, and talk in circles literally every time. Expenses paid, severance payout, benefits paperwork, etc. Wrong every single time. Verify, then verify and follow up and verify again that they do what they said.
Xerox can’t accomplish a simple business process at all without totally effing it up.
