Many layoffs are coming as Senior Leadership has been tasked with downsizing operations payroll by 15% by 06.01.2025.

Just uploaded my resume to Indeed this morning

On this page all you read is that people will be laid off. Is it true? Because so far nothing happened.
Where is the news coming from

Oh please. They will lay off a whole 3 IR agents who are part time working 5 hours each week. No one cares. Why get rid of the high hourly employees? That’s too much common sense. It’s because the high hourly employees have been with hertz for decades running the company into the ground. Allow the bleeding to continue

They won’t lay off the dinosaurs that drove this company into the ground at the top and still are driving the company back into the ground in 2025.

You could always wait to be fired or laid off then collect unemployment. Better yet, pay close attention to why they decided to let you go. Was it race, color, age, gender then file with the EEOC.

This company has the worst local hr reps that are under qualified and are walking liabilities. You would undoubtedly win. Get yourself an attorney.

Good luck and may the force be with you.

I work at DFW, and heard the same news today. So frustrating, after 7 years with the company I'm so done with the uncertainty.
