It is called the dividend king stock because it transfers the wealth created from the hard labor of employees directly to the executive oligarchy and their bonuses. There is no growth or reinvestment in innovation & patients. Profit over people.

That's not the point. The company is for the owners/shareholders - not the employees.
Become an investor of your own company's stock or start your own. That's the reality.
Well, Chief, profit is good when it is reinvested back into the company for innovations, etc. However, profit where the majority is given out as dividends to stockholders or big bonuses for executives, does not provide too much value for the company or its employees.
Look, chief, without profit, nobody does anything for anybody else. Profit doesn't always mean currency, it could be an act of kindness. However, for a company, profit is the only motivation that exists, in monetary terms.
When I gave notice a year ago I told my Sr. Director the reason was because we made shareholder value the #1 priority. Didn't even balk at it, try to explain, ask questions, etc.
