Lower and as I worked longer hours and produced more. When are the payouts?

A bit higher, but still disappointing. I worked like a dog last year, but for these peanuts I won’t this year.

Manager from India here. Amount was comparable to last year. Plus here we get Performance Award which is more or less the same amount as GDP.

As a manager I can say that the amount I was given to distribute was higher than last year but I've been instructed to allocate 0.5-1% to low performers, 2.5-3% to the mid performers and 4% to the top performers.

Mi e was the same amount but based on my new salary a smaller percentage. The interesting thing is as a high performer there was no indication I got any addition bonus

I was told same as last year and only bothered calculating it now for this post because it's so little - about 1.5%.
