Whole Foods has strategically fired about 5 STL's from each region in the recent weeks, citing low morale and poor performance, in areas where there have either been TM's showing interest in union organizing for better pay and benefits, or in stores who have a large number of TM's who strongly expressed they are upset with the ongoing reductions in benefits, unjust changes to TM policies, unfair scheduling tools, and who overall feel TM's are undervalued by the parent company Amazon, as per the most recent culture compass results. Union busting "Jump Team" STL's have been sent in to prep the transition of those stores to accept anti-union leaders. Those stores should expect lots of free pizza and pb & j's in the break room.

I never ever thought we needed a union under Mackey. He took great care of us and in turn I worked my butt off for him. I now think we should run out and get a union as fast as we can. Amazon does not care for their employees and they have cut or taken away everything they can and it is only going to get worse. Unfortunately the people in the south do not understand unions and flip when they hear you have to pay union dues. How do they think the people helping us get fair treatment get paid?? Unions have brought fair pay, 40 hour work weeks, weekends off if possible, overtime pay and many benefits. They also represent you in unfair treatment by leadership. Why would anyone not want a union if working for Amazon. They have a horrible reputation for treating employees terrible. I wish they would sell us instead of making us full blown Amazon. We don't want it. You used us to learn the brick and mortar business now sell us and buy new with no employees who hate what you are doing. I used to stand behind the products we sold. I can't do that now. I have seen so many products switched for cheaper brands. They didn't lower the prices though. I barely shop there anymore. Only if it is a quick pick up on the way home and it is bread or milk. The meat and produce are not the same. I would not buy off any of the bars. Don't trust the cleanliness of the TM's. The prices are outrageous but the cost doesn't support the increase. We are not the same sadly. I come in with my head down and my mouth shut. I do my job to the best of my ability and hope it's enough. I am looking for a new job ASAP.
SSS are on the chopping block
My STL said so
NA region.
Good riddance.
The biggest sc-mbag got the new Doylestown store. He is known for treating people like cr-p. I'm sure a nice pizza party will be coming for that store
I wish they could do the same at my store. Our stl su-ks. Always in the office n some great genius(probably el) told them we are required to do those small weekly surveys on innerview. Wth man!!!!!. They are optional n they want us to use our phone for it!!?? Is it part of their bonus? They only push for things that is part of their bonus.
A judge reinstated Wilcox and Abruzzo so the NRLB has it quorum back. That puts a nice big dent in the objection Whole Foods filed to invalidate the Philly store's vote to unionize. Remember you only need 30% of a stores TM roster to sign cards or a petition saying they want a union and the NLRB will help conduct an election.

you can find your local NRLB office here: https://www.nlrb.gov/about-nlrb/who-we-are/regional-offices
So we fake Un*on organizing and we'll get free pizza and lose our leadership team. Got It. Will there be Vegan options?..
Just "ask sage" for the current open STL postings, or your trustworthy TMSBP can show you the stack of slash and burn PIPs.
Bollocks ! Name the stores
