I was told people leads get a bonus. Anyone have any idea on what to expect for that? I was also told our store is super maxing for bonus. I read online that some team leads are getting 2-3 k for a bonus. Do people leads have the same bonus structure?

Bonus ? Do they get a cost of living raise ? Bonus ? Sure why not. Anything to close stores faster.
Why bonus at all? Like who is walmart going to lose them to. End times for walmart. Their right hand doesn't know what their left hand is doing.

People leads work hard. Job is too much work for 1 person. Walmart doesn’t give a damn.

Yes, People Lead bonus is structured liked the TL bonus so it depends on hours worked and points.
The People Lead position sucks anyway so who cares about the stupid bonus. You work your a-s off, doing the job meant for 2 people. No amount is worth the stress, headaches and bullsh-t that goes along with the job!!
You have a position and don't know if you receive a bonus?
You should be able to find this on the wire - type in incentives in the search. They do get a bonus but not sure what the structure is. TL is like 3, 6, 9%. Coach is 7,5, 15, 30, SL is like 15, 25, 50 and SM is can be a crazy 135% of their pay...
