Although there are many things that one could complain about at this company, I have to be honest and say that it is at least possible to have a good work-life balance here. I worked for several companies in the industry and nowhere did I have more time for family and hobbies than here. I could mention a few more of those plus points but this is what matters to me the most.

It’s true that work life balance will matter at GA if you are from a minority group. GA like to push diversity even if diversity hurts the company. Poor performers are promoted for the sake of diversity and if you are the wrong color and male … it doesn’t matter what you do… you will not be promoted for the sake of diversity…. Managers can loose money year after year… never finish a project on budget and be promoted over a manager that always comes on budget over diversity… please be aware if you are a high performer but not a minority… you will not be judged the same at GA
