Landing a decent job feels impossible lately. The listings are either a joke or vanish before you can even apply. If you actually score an interview, the salary turns out to be laughable. Are folks seriously taking these jobs? The pay barely covers anything. It is like companies expect people to work out of pure enthusiasm! Everywhere you look, it is the same story. Less money more demands. It's scary, to be honest.

In today’s environment there is nothing to protect workers. Pay is frozen. The only ones making money are the so called executives who sc--wed up the business in the first place. Employment at Will is being abused by employers such as Avaya. Time to organize. Our only voice is in our numbers. We need the teamsters if we ever expect to be treated fairly by the likes of Avaya
The party is over. No more WFH, and we are back to more potential employees than are needed.
