Entire vmware was a scam from beginning.......management ruined vmware left , right and center. All divisions will be sold off eventually.....I need my stock price to go up now....Ponzi King HT can't buy any company for next 4 years......so Ponzi King HT has to make some money with existing garbage pile.....
SDE velo is a Raghu scam. They siphoned off money from Dell. It is less than 1% of VMW revenue. The slum dog millionaire psychopaths are doing their best to clean up the scam. Hock is not an id--t. Hock is a M&A demon. The psychopaths will clean up shop by firing everyone and take their millions.
Can't say anything about the veracity of this, but SDE doesn't exist any more and VELO has lost more than 40% of engineering through previous layoffs and attrition. Its very hard to get anything done and can be hard to even get proper L4 support. HT will do what HT does, but I don't see it (unless it is somehow intertwined with the acquisition rumors).

Q1 was good. 6 billion free cash flow. 3 billion for interest on 60 billion debt. 2 billion for dividends. 1 billion debt paid back. Interest payment are not optional. So ultimately all the cash flow will go for interest. The capital/equity will be wiped out. The money from Singapore PeeeeEeee funds will be torched. Thanks Hock for the high stock price for a few years so that I can get a great start and load up on my retirement funds.
