Jokes On Us

A Director in my BU told his team that the Connect Week 60% in-office rule is no longer a thing. BUT they’re still watching everyone closely. This coupled with reorg changes, xtrac workflow sc--wups and “motivate by fear” tactics has so many people looking to leave. The office environment is the complete opposite of what they portray it as on Fid Central. What is the ultimate goal?!? Why treat people like this?

They can’t expect to legally take action on how long people are in the office. If what the rumors on here are true, the firm is relying on manual verification since there’s no way to prove someone isn’t still on campus at all sites. Since someone could be walking the trails or back to one building from another.

You’d be hard pressed to get me to believe they’re also tracking ip addresses to prove people are in a different location.

Lol post anything about the RTO mandate and you’ll get people saying whatever tf they want. Good luck getting a real answer/response here.

I heard this from a very reliable source as well. They are coming for coffee badgers.

@ak+1jnsv3wrd I don’t doubt you but I would feel they are going to have a he-l of a time getting everyone in 2 weeks at least 6 hours a day. The amount of people I see rolling in at 12pm or leaving by lunch is crazy. Can’t imagine everyone badges in 2 full weeks either

I was told that HR is actively pulling and reviewing data on how much time is spent in the office. They are going to be coming for people coffee badging as well as those only coming for a few hours.
