Most of the VP/SVPs at PepsiCo are “LinkedIn leaders” who will post at every photo opportunity, don’t do a sh**, but act as if they do a lot. Guess it comes from the top at S&T

Don’t know any of these people. Nobody really cares about S&T that’s outside of that org because everyone knows they are totally useless. Drain the swamp!!!! Viva la PepsiCo!
The overall data org under Magesh is poorly constructed. Sure, the leaders underneath including Amlan should be doing more but they are hamstrung by a classic case of a structure that sorta works on paper but not in practice. Plus many external hires from consulting that don’t know the business and don’t have the right skills
