As evidenced by this recent comment on thelayoff and the number of thumbs up it got. These employees should be immediately terminated.

This phrase was lifted directly from the Netapp Values link from the Assessment slides:
"Embed diversity and inclusion into every decision"
It lets you know where leadership's values are. If you're straight, white and tenured, you gotta go.
Actually they said they were committed to diversity. They did not say equity and inclusion or DEI.
