Marketing Team & Sales Operations in RCS

As we continue to feel the pressure from clients and constantly look for ways to manage costs in RCS, have you considered reviewing the productivity of the marketing and sales operations teams?

Cost cutting always seems to hit client solutions and consultant first, yet there appear to be plenty of people in sales operation and marketing teams.

JB in marketing is constantly opening new positions, and JB in sales operation keeps expanding his team. Together they have over 600 people.

Please don’t cut consultants or outsource to COE.

It’s amazing how HR is neither business oriented nor employee oriented. It seems like they function out of a desire to create chaos and confusion.

HR will hear is just the start.. they will do nothing about what they hear, find out who said what, gossip about it, judge you for it and then find a way to make you the perpetrator.

“For your useless reference, I am in IBS.”

Well, buddy, seems like IBS has got you in more ways than one. Hope that verbal vomit helped you cope with the discomfort of being IBS.

A sincere response to the person who posted this note:

JB in Sales ops is managing the budget for RCS, do you trust him to trim his team, shrink his empire and let Consulting grow instead? Will the CRO/CEO actually care to question JB on this strategy? They are too busy playing quarter to quarter optics for stockholders.

Similarly, if the so called leaders like CFO/ex-CRO and CEO talk about efficiency and cost cutting by leveraging AI, isn’t it easier for JB to make a case for COE’s and his team?

Consulting was once the differentiating factor in terms of service. That has been split up between COE, IBS and RCS. They don’t have anyone really structuring or planning for this business line. Don’t wait to be on the list of layoffs if you can safely find a way out of FDS.

Mind your own damn business and stop worrying about other teams. Whats your contribution? Whats your productivity outside of posting here? Do you even know the structure of your teams before sharing false information here?

You are the same loser stirring up trouble from ELT to RCS, IBS and then RTO. Next is what? DSO?

Take your toxic personality out of here and certainly out of the company.

The biggest mistake FactSet made was hiring your lazy character to bash other people and teams.

For your useless reference I am In IBS. Go back and trash talk next on the other thread
