But now due to the Mexican reps not doing so well and a lot of customers not wanting to talk to them on the phone,, they have switched team leaders all around, The Team leaders in Mexico will now be over the U.S. reps and the U. S. Team leaders will now be over the Mexican reps. The U. S reps have been told to really help out the Mexican Teamleaders. Good thing they did not fire a lot of the U.S. reps yet. But it is still coming.

Sad to see Ford Credit, the best and most consistent unit of Ford over the last 40 years continue to lose jobs in the US to Mexico. Between Mexico and India, I wonder how many employees are even left in the US? I guess having best in class operating costs doesn't matter.
Ford didn’t build the new engineering center in Mexico for Americans. Ford hates it’s US white collar force but it’s easy to fire them vs blue collar.
Correction Ford credit has 30% of their customer service reps in Mexico.
