It’s a known haven for DEI hires. They just keep hiring each other. Good luck if your a white dude in supply chain

I can almost guarantee none of these positions posted were also laid off. Companies layoff under achieving employees all the time. That is likely who was always off. Best of luck to all of you.

“Your loyalty is being rewarded with sh!t. I know change is hard but it's time to bring all that ITT talent to another company who still understands that people make prosperity happen”

That’s what you think. My loyalty is done. Half an hour lunches are an hour like everyone else lying about their time, attending corporate meetings without a charge number (“no charge number provided”) and absorbing it into for profit charge numbers like everyone else does, long poopies, wiping with extra toilet paper even though my poopie hole is clean, drying my hands extra long to use more electricity, going to a bathroom further away to ki-l more time, taking some extra tp home, I’ve been making an extra effort to talk to people for 20 minutes in the hallway like everyone else does…engagement…., I let the hard workers that are borderline autistic pick up my slack bc they like it and can’t help not working hard and following the rules. That’s all I gotta say about that.

I began there when it was ITT. I survived being spun off into Exelis, then acquired by Harris, then merged with L3. I've never seen such a decline in quality of both product and people in any other company. We were once the best defense contractor on the planet. Now, this company has become a woke joke. But, I'm saying this from the outside looking in on some of my former colleagues. I left the company on my own terms over 2 years ago. During my 20+ years at Clifton, there was NEVER a layoff. During the years before L3, there were no quality escapes and every job was done on time. I feel badly for those of you still there. I hope you realize that loyalty is reciprocal. Your loyalty is being rewarded with sh!t. I know change is hard but it's time to bring all that ITT talent to another company who still understands that people make prosperity happen. L3 can go to H3LL.

I’ve been here since ITT. What a shame this place has become….foreign military sales over domestic, DEI over qualifications, share holders over the war fighters. This isn’t ITT. This is treasonous greed from the cowards that will be on the first private jet out of here with bonuses funded from your lack of raises. Want to change things it’s going to be easy at first and then be hard financially on many people. “Office space” the place like I’ve been doing for awhile for my fellow laid off brethren. It’s easy to make it seem like you’re working hard when the slackers around you just don’t understand how to put in effort.

That's tragic. Imagine being walked out as your replacement is being walked in. Truth is, it happens all the time in Clifton. I don't know about anywhere else.
Oh yeah, and the merit increases were given out this week. I didn't get laid off, but I did get a 4% increase.
