Can someone explain what's happening at BD STS SanDiego? Why are senior leaders leaving?

Man, BD has no shortage of talent, but the leadership is a total mess. It's like these incompetent bigwigs are so insecure, they keep hiring and promoting other incompetent people and their buddies. No wonder the company's stock has been dead in the water for the past five years. I swear, if someone would just buy this company, clean house, and get rid of all the dead weight, we could bring back the good old days
Because they don’t like Tom and the direction of the company?? There is a rumor that Tom is setting up the company to be sold so he can put a nice chunk of change in his pocket and live off his golden parachute forever ..
Based on what I am hearing, BD is preparing to be sold.
