so just found out that if there is no capacity and you want to flex time and there is no time available TM cant ok anymore ... needs to go up the chain,,wtf!!!

If it's a legitimate need (medical, family), it will likely be approved. People need to stop freaking out immediately at all changes put in place. Calm tf down.
They don't GAF about you. A sign they are starting to play hardball. Your time is worth less than their time.
