THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR!

Avoid at All Costs – Absolutely the Worst Place to Work

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Working here was hands-down the most toxic and frustrating experience of my career. Management is completely incompetent, disorganized, and incapable of basic communication. Promises are made and broken constantly, and employees are treated as disposable.

The workload is ridiculous, with no support or resources to do the job properly. Expect to work overtime without recognition or compensation. The culture is toxic, with favoritism, gossip, and micromanagement running rampant. Leadership doesn’t care about employees’ well-being, and HR is useless—assuming they even respond to concerns.

Raises? Forget it. Growth opportunities? Nonexistent. Work-life balance? Not in their vocabulary. They will squeeze everything they can out of you and then replace you the second you burn out.

Save yourself the headache. There are plenty of other companies that actually value their employees—this is not one of them.
Make yourself a goal-get out of this place as quickly as you can!

Seriously? BBB? Who does that? It is just a money making company. Pay us, we'll say you are accredited and people can complain to us and we'll pass it along to you. hahaha. Just find another job. Drama Queen

The work environment is HORRIFIC.
I’m genuinely shocked OSHA hasn’t shut this place down. The bullying is relentless, the favoritism is sickening, and if you dare to speak up, you’ll be blacklisted, ostracized, and possibly even fired. HR? They exist, but only in theory. Their actual job is covering up the company’s incompetence and gaslighting employees into thinking their suffering is normal.

If you consider yourself doing well IN THIS COMPANY-CONGRATULATIONS YOU LEARNED HOW TO BE JUST AS INCOMPETENT.

Skills you think you learned in this company will only get you fired in a healthy company.

Management? Imagine a circus where the clowns are in charge, but instead of making people laugh, they just make everyone miserable. They have no idea what they’re doing and don’t care. Incompetence is rewarded, and hard work is punished. The only skill you need to get promoted here is knowing how to su-k up to the right people.

The workload is insane. Expect to be constantly drowning while management barks orders from their ivory tower. No resources, no support, just an endless avalanche of unrealistic expectations. Burnout isn’t just common—it’s the only career path.

HR is a joke. If you have a problem, their solution is to gaslight you into thinking it’s your fault. Complaints disappear into a void, and retaliation is basically company policy. Bullying? Rampant. Favoritism? Absolutely. Toxicity? Through the roof.

Management is a trainwreck of incompetence, favoritism, and outright negligence. They have no idea what they’re doing, nor do they care. The “leadership” team consists of people who couldn’t lead a group out of a wet paper bag, let alone a functioning workplace. Expect to be overworked, underpaid, and completely ignored unless they need someone to blame for their latest failure.
