Mine was C the lowest % rise I’ve had since being with Illumina (10 years). Don’t forget it’s down to your manager to divide the pay rise % between their team. So if your manager has clear favourites you are always going to be sc--wed over. Best part is; there’s no way to discuss this.

I got riffed too. The are moving a lot of what they call “indirect” contributors to India. This last layoff took down the entire purchasing dept (mgr as well). They kept a couple buyers whose focus is NPI. They’ll be moving planning…then remainder of supply chain area next. They’ve been slowly gearing up personnel in India for about 6 months.

You got RIF-ed this week???

I got RIFFED. Also known as F as in Fu---d. LOL.

Not important anymore.
You get minus 20% this year anyway. 😂

I was told it was some sort of market adjustment + merit. I think it was because I was underpaid. 😒
