Is this happening this year like last year? Will MetLife crew be protected like last year letting go the long term employees of corebridge all treated like a sh-t in the toilet bowl. Post your answers.

How many laid off so far. Can somebody post the affected numbers? More than 1000 should be laid off which will be around 5 to
6%. When will the layoff stop. Sure MetLife members now who are part of all executive decisions will bring their laid off friends from MetLife.

Have the managers started reaching out to their reports through surprise invitations and give out pink sheets. What is the correlation between MetLife and corebridge

most of your managers are from MetLife. They are very close to the ex metlife top management which runs this organization. So they don’t care as their a-s are protected by this top management person. So nothing can be done. If you are in corebridge for a long time you should realize you are at a disadvantage and should pack your stuff and run from this place. Nobody is going to protect you. You have to save your a-s. MetLife is everywhere watchin corebridge long timer a-s.

The fact that there are people still working at Corebridge who continue to post on the AIG board and not their own makes me question how bad must the people who have gone be if they are what remains.

Unless you are ex or present MetLife don’t have any chance to get a job in corebridge. If you are Corebridge apply for a job in MetLife you will be the first one to be rejected and ejected.

They want to layoff as much as possible to bring in new brains with ideas. Lot of our MetLife folks will be joining in.

Some employees could also be requested to go part time and have them fully laid off later before second quarter. Accenture will take off all work except for the new meta life employees that will be joining to Make CRBG Great Again!

The former employees are useless that is why
CIO wants to bring in MetLife colleagues. So don’t support useless people.

Also as the rumour has it these employees annual appraisal are being made look bad to force them. Part of the MetLife managers plan who are working in corebridge to get replacements from their laid off friends from MetLife. This bunch is very unprofessional.

Corebridge is letting go of long term employees by forcing them take voluntary retirement packages . If they don’t they will be faced with taking involuntary termination.
