I don’t think it’s Lance so much as the upper mid managers who are failing. And the only way they can get in the box is by stepping in their people to raise themselves up.
Get rid of the Managers they are useless
I agree with the comment about the FEW good managers already being cut, I’ve seen that several times. The company knew what they had to do to transform foreman’s and FG’s from reasonable, easy to deal with bosses to tyrants and brainwashed UP spokesmen and that was by making them non agreement (take away their safety) and give them a HUGE raise plus yearly bonuses. Great for the company bad for employees. It really opened my eyes and made me sick to watch some of the transformation I saw in some of the bosses. It’s disgusting honestly. That’s why in my opinion our (so called union) should pull their union cards immediately once becoming non agreement, but that’s been addressed locally and that’s not gonna happen because the company and unions are on the same side and that seems to be not ours as workers. Some may disagree but that’s just my OPINION.
Why would they be scared? I would think that the management would be more angry than scared. If the uppers decide to start shedding management positions, then they have no one to blame but themselves. The lower people have been bi-----g for years about some of the crooked managers. The management caused all of the problems. The very few good managers that didn't drink the UP kool-aid have already been eliminated from the company. The other A-ho-e managers are still believing they're the best thing that's ever walked through the doors at the UP.
