So is there going to be any accountability to the C Suite for the 57% decline? Is the Board going to address this issue from the top?

they will do what all great leaders do, blame the rank and file again. not their fault, you all have failed!
Do you really expect pompous individuals to deny themselves a raise , or an opportunity to say “ that a boy…”?
They never learn from their mistakes, they have no remorse for their bad decisions, and have no accountability for their poor performance.
Sounds like another day in xerox land.
Bonus time for the Board and C street management !
No. The board pays Steve and Steve pays the board. Nobody sees a problem with this. For any company.
- No, they won't.
- it's a 67% drop from the 52 week high, and will be higher tomorrow.
Steve-o and Bruno are on the board as well, so they won't vote to fire themselves.

The board knows how bad this is, and in much greater detail than anyone on this site. Being a board member on a publicly traded company is a lucrative no-show job, they don;t want to rock the boat, and have no idea how to fix this mess even if they did.
There is no "saving" Xerox as you know it. Lexmark is the future of Xerox: Selling stupid, sh---y printers to stupid, sh---y customers.
No. Thread closed.
Has any American board done anything? No.
Board, shmord. X lost its last chance a while back. There’s literally nothing of value left. Even techs and reps know they make more at Toyota with better merch! Not yet reported but USA GDP is going off tariff cliff , that will be the end of x.
