Cutting hours of $15 /hr workers and having just two or three registers open in the whole store is not helping one bit. Let’s say you have 12 full timers in your store making $15 working 39 hours, that is $7,000 per week for all 12 workers and $365,000 per year, That’s a bargain for 12 full time workers!!! Now let’s add up useless RVP’S at $190,000 per year, 12 rvps is $2,280,000 per year, so you do the math!!! Or one useless CEO at $4,000,000 per year!

Don't you understand, they will never cut anything from management or from the giant payments to investors of Sycamore. Associates are there solely to make money for the higher ups. They really don't care if the customers are taken care of. Our store is bombarded with bad surveys about no registers open and instead of addressing it we are scolded by our lazy HR lady or miserable manager about cr-p that we don't do.
At Belk we can fix a lot of things if we can set our mind to do it. However, we can’t fix stupidity! It is priceless!
