No kidding numb nut. Every business is working toward profit. That is the essence of a business.

If we follow we your statement every business needs a 'change'. Think beyond your little loop.

Exactly. Walmart is only in business to make money. Associates are an expense and don’t matter to them. Associates are the worker bees. Associates make them money. If you cannot make them money they get rid of you and close stores.
There needs to be a change at corporate.
