Don’t worry guys, Tech has been told that any changes that result in an outage is an automatic Needs Improvement rating for the associate, leader, and director. Once all the good people quit, I am sure service will get better.

Wow. The company is resorting to leading with fear, now? The tech area is full of incredibly smart dedicated individuals (from my direct experience). Outages happen, implementation of new apps/software/ upgrades in general do not always roll out smoothly (regardless of the amount of testing). This is true of all companies. Sorry you are under this type of pressure. Looking for another company that values your skills (and where you won’t be threatened) may be a good idea.
