Protest NM align with The People’s Union

It’s time to rise up against Northwestern Mutual walking away from their DEI goals. They are added them to the do not buy list under https://thepeoplesunionusa.com. From what I hear their employee bonuses were the worst since 2007. There is a direct tie to them walking way from DEI initiatives and the worst year in 2 decades.

Boycott to make them change.

If you’re upset about expenses, maybe look at the 100 remote ‘leaders’ from HR who fly into Milwaukee every other week and stay in hotels for days on end.

There is no proper distribution of DEI in NM org. Ding do-g bell please see below the well:

  1. Technology teams are filled with H1b, L1 & H4 EAD (mostly wives of the H1B male chauvinist).
  2. Product teams are filled with WM & WF supremacy.
  3. Field: Only has DEI since WM, Visa holder's don't prefer field jobs.

Company is not walking away from DEI. If you are hearing otherwise you are mistaken. The ERG budgets are very small. They had nothing to do with bonus money. Not connected at all.

Actually NM had one of their best years ever in terms of profit and dividend to policyowners. Just employees didn’t get anything out of it. If anything, the DEI budget could have been allocated for bonuses instead of being wasted on ERGs, WIT and other boondoggles.
